       The Spurs know Andray is having fun over in China but we think
       it's time for him to come back to the NBA and play for real.
       We are offering him a two year deal worth $12.27M with a team
       option for a third year.
       1st Year - $6.00M
       2nd Year - $6.27M
       3rd Year - $6.55M (Team Option)
