       weapon mastery .-.

       So there are some people who don't really know about weapon
       mastery in league i dont wanna point out... and no rude comments
       ok?
       first of all you need 44 skill points i think for one weapon
       mastery
       step 1) spend 20 points in one tree
       lets say you use handblaster then buy  all combos and then u
       have spent 8 skill points then buy critical attack chance maybe?
       and there goes 3 points so its 8 + 3 = 11 then spend on power
       maybe? and 6 points goes there and yea like that spend 20 points
       then look which two weapons are there in handblaster tree.
       step 2) spend 20 points in other tree (in handblaster there is
       bow and brawling so lets go with bow) you spend 20 sp on bow and
       then buy weapon mastery at top in bow tree and buy weapon
       mastery in handblaster tree then u have weapon mastery .-.
