To start fletching tele to home via the quest tab teleports and
run into the general store and trade Bob. Next buy a knife and
an invent of normal logs, use the knife on the logs and make 1
shortbow, then start making longbows until you are level 55.
shortbow = Level 1 - 10
Longbow = Level 10 - 55
Maple longbow = Level 55 - 70
Yew longbow = Level 70 - 99
Once you have achieved 99 in Fletching you have gotten the
highest level possible and can buy a skillcape from thessalia in
edge.
