       To begin runecrafting, click the quest tab -> skilling teleports
       -> more options -> runecrafting.
       Once you are here trade Scavvo and buy about 20k pure ess

       Next open your bank take out an invent of pure ess and use it on
       the first altar, the air altar, the first invent will get you to
       level 30.
       Air runes =  Level 1 - 30
       Body runes = Level 30 - 54
       law runes = Level 54 - 65
       Death runes = Level 65 - 99
       Once you have achieved 99 in Runecrafting you have gotten the
       highest level possible and can buy a skillcape from thessalia in
       edge.
