       Skill reset.

       Hi, Divine Fate here, ok so I have a suggestion. I think there
       should be a guy that you can go to, to reset one of your skills.
       Like for example; If i got like 20 def on my pure that I didn't
       want, i can go to a guy to reset def to 1.
