       To start crafting you need to use the " teleport to home " on
       the quest tab, Once you are at edgeville go inside the bank and
       trade Rommik closest to the north doors.

       First you need to buy a chisel and use it on the gems to start
       cutting them.
       Uncut opal = Level 1-20
       Uncut sapphire = Level 20-34
       Uncut ruby = Level 34-44
       Uncut diamond = Level 44-55
       Uncut dragonstone = Level 55-99
       Once you are 99 you have achieved skill mastery in crafting and
       can obtain the skillcape from thessalia in edgeville bank.
