       I suggest not making Dharoks' free when you barely join. Why?
       Because everyone is going to have it and its not really going to
       be much, and dh is one of the best armour in the game.

       your right.. everyone will have it.. its good for dh pking.. and
       if every1 has it every1 will pk in it.. barrows is not supposed
       to be rare.. its a welfare melee basically
