Your greatest accomplishments of the 21st century

I'd say mine has been rejecting a static lifestyle. So many in
the west wish they could spend more time exploring the east but
have jobs mortgages kids and bills, whilst others have gone to
the east and become stuck there due to, ahem, jobs mortgages
kids and bills.
Remaining uncommitted to those things makes life so much more
varied and enjoyable IMO. Humans are the only creatures of
thousands capable of making such lifestyle choices, so why adopt
the lifestyle of a rooted to the spot reproducing apple tree
when it's tedious and unnecessary?

I've lived and still live the way you describe.
I have not anchors (aka balls & chain) and I can live in many
different places of the world.
I'm very happy this way. I don't expect things to change for me.

because of it. Get over yourselves, it's nature
