politically biased demonising dossier on a 'grifter' customer in

I have no idea what you’re ranting about, without commas as
well. However if a bank recognizes an account held by a scammer,
they have a duty to freeze and report it. No doubt that was the
case here.
In the case of a criminal such as Bin Laden, Farage or Fred
West, if it’s a private bank then they have no compulsion to
open or maintain the account. There’s a good case for the
government being the bank of last resort for such people, but
the English government sold off the Post Office, complicating
that scenario.

you do about where commas are required....
