How do you spend your days?

I'm developing some bad habits in 2023. My early morning always
consists of either 90 minutes of hiking or tennis, but I'm only
going to the gym once per week (it's boring) and every afternoon
I'm dossing in one of four restaurants within 2 minutes of my
villa that sell good food and beer. I always restrict myself to
one beer but I've ordered a second yesterday and (30 minutes
ago) today.
Slippery slope time.....

If you exhibit other habits like hanging out at the restaurants
for their 'eat as much as you can' buffets and prefer chatting
with IQ challenged hill tribe females from Northern Thailand,
then there's a chance you have caught fluke worm from eating
contaminated food

This is in between acting as your own lawyer while attending
your appeal at the employment court?
Maybe you could make another login for your wistful longings of
tropical indolence. Currently it’s getting a bit confusing.
In the real world, the air in Chiang Mai is so bad that we’re
reduced to staying home with the filter at full blast.

Looks fokin grim up there this month. Is having three months of
cooler weather really worth enduring this shit that always
follows it?
