The projectometer is off the scale as the phoney tony who
claimed to be a happy customer of his employer, who pumps
himself up with synthetic potions to try to look tough, who
claimed that he was headhunted in hong kong but had forgotten
about it two weeks later, who thinks he's a high flying expat on
an overseas posting with a career a decade ahead of his NZ
peers, who thinks he owns property in Thailand and NZ, and who
routinely breaks his own word about leaving a forum, thinks I'm
a fraud lol.

I think it's more based on self esteem. Thais don't seem able to
spot the difference between it and cash.
