What bandwagon do you like jumping on?

Jumped on many in my limited time on earth.
Often they take you to unknown places that further your life
experiences. Good and bad.
What kind are the most fun?
What about the ones you don't jump on? Any regrets?

I was meant to be heading to Australia for a year when I first
landed in Thailand in January 2002 for a one month visit. Ended
up spending 16 months in Thailand. Whoops!

Was heading for NZ in Aug 2002 to get as far as possible from a
messy marriage. Had the idea of working on fishing boats. It was
supposedly the 'in' thing to do at the time.
6wks stop in Bkk on the way. Got soaked in booze and ended up
staying on. Went back home, got my records and joined the dregs
of Leonardo wannabes still dreaming of their perfect beach

...any that would make me money without having to do anything,
and give me a villa or two to do nothing but teach double maths
to women in their 20s.
I'm jumping on the digitial gonad one, but a bit more mindfully,
using my half-Thai family members to make it more than just a
pipedream.
Trying to set up a modest tech business in Asia so I don't have
to spend so long on boats counting the days 'til I go home.
