I'm a (Khao San Road cert) qualified lawyer, and you can't
appeal a decision from an Employment Tribunal--not even by
judicial review--other than to have them review their own
decision for an error on a point of law and even then there
wouldn't be any consequential or punitive damages other than
maybe costs.
It's designed to stop time-wasting and frivolous actions I
suppose. There are apparently some quite deluded people out
there. Of course, in stating this all I've demonstrated is that
I'm too stoopid and full of hatred to
1) realise that judicial reviews are about government decisions
not court judgments
2) do a simple Google search which would have produced this as
the first search result

Wowzers, a Mrs Mears doctored evidence to help her employer to
mislead a Tribunal. Isn't that the criminal offence of contempt
of court?

How's life back in Noo Zooland Khun Flaps?
A legal clerk can still earn okay money if you're prepared to
work in Auckland. But who wants to live there?

Legal clerks need to know how to use Google before spouting
shite on a computer. Trolley boys don't....

The way that arrogant disingenuous self-interested corrupt
lawyers compulsively lie, cheat, mislead the court, intimidate,
patronise and manipulate in stark breach of their regulatory
code of conduct and human decency & integrity in general is
truly fascinating.
Watch this space.

Oh well it was worth a try, assuming no costs accrued. Move on,
life is too short.

The fun continues.
The way the fraudulent lawyers and systemically corrupt judges
act like a tag team is fascinating. Part of that corruption is
deliberately omitting things from appeal judgments in order to
conceal the errors of their subordinate judges. If you don't
spot it and apply for a review within 14 days, those omissions
become your fault. The system is a steaming pile of poo.
