Register for Teach in the USA fair June 9

I got this email today.....
My answer is a big, hard, 'NO'! I will not register for Teaching
in the Good 'Ole gun touting US of A!
I mean seriously? Who in their right frame of mind would want to
teach in the USA. I heard Trump is talking about arming teachers
with guns in the classroom to protect themselves. When there are
mass murders everyday, not just in schools either, who would
want to live there?? I have friends that live in Michigan and
she is from South Korea, her husband from Michigan. She messaged
me the other day saying they want to move to Canada or back to
Seoul. Anyone with young kids in schools are petrified
where/when the next mass shooting will be.
Would you live or work in the USA?
I did work twice in the USA a long time ago. One time was only
for six months and one time was for two months (summer camp). I
didn't feel unsafe, but I wasn't in the public school system at
the time. Teachers also get paid ridiculously low in the US
compared to Canada.

Canada is more civilized than the US thanks to the Commonwealth,
like Malaysia is more civilized than Thailand for the same
reason.

Yeah, it is the gun thing that bothers me most.
Americans are also stupid.. I mean look at the thread title the
email used.. Register for Teach? Um, to Teach more like .

The commonwealth doesn’t have much to do with it.
Nice to see the Caribbean countries and Australia telling the
royals to take a hike.

The bosses nephew who is a F-18 fighter pilot (call sign
Maverick....Goose....BudgieSmuggler) was recently sent to USA
for training and during the 'welcome to America intro class' was
told if you ever get pulled over by a police officer....
-Put both hands at the top of the steeringwheel
-Do not move them under any circumstances until you are told to
do so by the police officer
