Health disorder diagnosis required

I've have this past fortnight moved into my own apartment, prior
to that I was living with a buddy until I bought myself a
property. It turned out to be longer than anticipated with the
various pandemic lockdowns we've all endured since March 2020
This person has some weird behaviour that I believe he has a
condition but I don't know what so need opinions from the forums
armchair doctors
Paitent: Male in his ealry 40's
-Has zero co-ordination skills, for example can't change a light
bulb, can't tie a shoe lace, can barely wash a plate. He does
have a drivers licence but I refuse to ever ride in his car
after hearing tales of his dangerous driving (no doubt caused by
his condition), He can't clean up after himself (can't figure
out how too) or cook, the only thing he can do is put his
clothes in a washing machine and press the 'start' button
-You've heard of people leaving skid marks in the toilet bowl.
This guy leaves skid marks on the toilet seat. Filthy little
fuker
-Can't see the connection between healthy eating/exercise and
having a healthy body - is a big fat fuk due to ordering
unhealty meals via UberEats twice a day. Won't exercise. All the
while at the same time saying he wants to lose weight, not
because unless he does he'll be dead by retirement, it's because
he's chasing a girl and wants to look good for her
-Holds down a full time job as an accountant and is on a good
salary. Seems to do an okay job but suspect when he's taken out
of his normal routine or told to do something new he struggles
-Socially always lived on his own, quiet in groups but amongst
friends seems to behave okay although again usually quieter than
others
There's more problems but these are the main ones. I think he
might have high functioning autism although I'm not sure this
covers his co-ordination issues, your opinion please ;D

Sounds like laziness. Picked up as a child, incurable.

Some people are simply odd. I know a guy who has earned a
shitload of money for decades literally as a rocket scientist
for ESA (£100 per hour as a contractor). It was because of his
travels that I first visited Thailand in 2002.
He loves Thailand and often whines about his job and cold
weather, and as he's the same age as me I asked him why he
doesn't simply retire and move here. He said he's broke and
regularly has bailiffs turning up at his door demanding money
and taking his assets. I was speechless. So he can launch
rockets into space but has no idea whatsoever about paying bills
& financial management.

^ I think there might be a connection there
For all the money he earns (he's hit the 6 figure income) he is
incompetent with money management while at the same time being
an accountant
Does not own a property and is renting as he doesn't have enough
deposit to buy (20% is usually required)
His jobs also relies on work in the government sector. Any
private sector work he's been let go in the trial period

maybe he is burnout, and depressed, quite common for white males
in their 40s, see Smeg as the perfect example ;D
or he has Asperger, if he is obsessed with a special hobby

He is not white
Thanks for the racist comment. . I can see why the North
Africans bomb Paris.
