Pat Joseph

Please let us remember to pray for our old cyber friend, Pat
Joseph, who is recovering from a coronary. He is at home now
and doing quite well, feeling good, committed to good diet and
reasonable exercise. Long may that continue.

Pat Joseph, who has just had his 58th birthday, is doing very
well; not smoking, eating healthily and taking exercise. He
monitors his exercise, blood pressure and pulse each day which
has been fine so far. He is itching to get back to work and
hopes to do so in about three weeks.
Most will remember he was a lorry driver but he is now a leader
of a team of lorry drivers and goes all over Europe driving
great distances for long periods of time. Hardly conducive to
health. He has a problem with his back which is postural in
origin.
However he loves his job, his crew, the lifestyle, which I can
understand. All we can do is pray that he will stay well, be
sensible with eating whilst on the road and do as much moderate
exercise as possible when he isn't.

Good for him! I do hope all goes well on his return to the road
although the food available in roadside cafés and other eateries
can't be very healthy, unless conditions have improved. At least
he's only a few years short of retirement.

Pat is still doing very well indeed. I corrected my previous
post where I put his age at 59, my finger obviously hit wrong
key as he is 58.
He can't wait to return to work, I hope he is careful. He goes
back to hospital for follow up fairly soon, I imagine the medics
will be pleased with his progress.

Pat is still going great guns, BP normal, eating healthily,
exercising suitably and not a cigarette in sight! He is itching
to get back to work, having a 'stress test' on Wednesday with
that in mind.

Long time since I posted on this thread but I'm sure most people
will want to know how Pat is.
it looks as though he has recovered and is doing very well
indeed. Long may it continue!

Pat is well, has been discharged from hospital out patients. He
is working happily and has just returned from a lovely holiday
with his wife, Brenda. I admire him for sticking to sensible
diet and exercise which has paid off. Let us give thanks to Our
Lord for His hand in Pat's recovery, long may it continue.
