Get well soon, Steve. I wonder if the balance issue is from the
inner ear. That's happened to me a couple of times. I've never
had COVID, though. Speaking of, our pharmacy began giving us
free COVID tests (usually two per pack) about a year ago, and
now we have far too many. Feast and famine it seems like. I
remember searching all day in Dec 2021 for COVID tests and
       couldn't find any.
On clutter, I mentioned to Bob the other day that we really
should think about being more aggressive in clearing out the
boxes and boxes (mostly his) of things absolutely no one will
ever go through. I think he believes the kids and grandkids will
and enjoy going through our things. :D (Honestly, I would have
been that way with my grandparents.) Kids today are minimalists
it seems. My oldest son's mantra is "Less is more."
My issue is books. I have so many, but two sons have asked me to
will my books to them, so there's that. :D

It transpires that "persiflage" doesn't mean exactly what I
thought it meant: it isn't general chat. but light banter.
raillery, or joshing. Still, we may do a bit of that, so the
       thread title can stay.

       How is your cold, Steve?
Bev is right about 'unsteadiness' often being an inner or middle
ear problem. Cut down on or cut out added salt for the time
being (or forever if you can). However I do think you should
test for Covid just in case.

Similar words are 'percythrower', anything to do with gardening,
and 'percyblakeney', anything to do with rescuing French aristos
       from the guillotine.

[/quote]Better, thanks. It was quite short-lived. Yes, maybe I
       should get a covid test.

As above, some posters are still putting quotes directly in tiny
print which is difficult to read. I've already posted a solution
to that, which I've just repeated on a new thread, Small Print
       Solution.

I couldn't understand the instructions, but maybe it's only me.
Steve, if I lived around the corner, I'd bring you a (or
several) COVID tests, as I'm overrun with them atm. ;D

I could supply you with a couple, Steve, just say if you want
       them.
