Afternoon Thaddeans, Ive been checking over the last two weeks
and there have been no posts by Leslie since 23rd June the day
after he returned from his trip to Ireland.
I have emailed his personal email address twice but no responce,
I used to have his address (because we are both licenced amateur
aadio enthusiasts) but misplaced it a few years back, I do have
limited information on his address and will try and get in
contact with his family if possible.

I've been concerned about Leslie myself, Val, having noted his
unusual prolonged absence from the forum. Let's hope he's
alright and there's a technical or some other simple reason for
it. He is old, of course (around 90, I think) so we probably
shouldn't be surprised by bad news. Still, let's hope for the
best.

It is quite a iong time but the holiday may have taken a lot out
of at least one of the party. They will have other priorities
once back at home. I'm sure we will hear something soon and
Leslie certainly knows we are thinking about hkm and the family.

I really do hope you're right, Lyn, but the following factors
aren't encouraging:
He returned from his holiday in Ireland on June 23rd, which is
now over three weeks ago, time enough one would have thought to
recover physically and to deal with any pending matters.
Moreover, a brief post here surely wouldn't have taken up very
much time, especially just of the "got back alright, more later"
kind.
Val says he has sent two messages to Leslie's email address,
which should have tipped him off about our concern for him and
prompted a response, again however concise.
I would even suggest that the attempted assassination of Trump,
a figure he admires, would have spurred him to post something
about that here.
Well, let's hope for some news before long...
