       Our plumber does an excellent job, if anyone in our neck of the
       woods (North East Wales) needs a plumber I will let you have his
       details. We have a job we need doing and he will be coming round
       this evening to see what is required.

       in my new flat.

       It is unfortunate you live so far away, as our plumber would
       soon fix your plumbing problems. He came round last night with
       the things he needed to order for the jobs that needed doing in
       the main bathroom and my ensuite. He had it all done within
       about 45 minutes.
