We finally got some rain early yesterday. It brought in cooler
temps, so I have the glass slider open to the lanai and the cats
are happy being able to coming in and out at will.

I too had to look up 'lanai', found out that it means an
apostrophe shaped island! Delving a bit further it appears to
be some sort of verandah.
Weather is very bright here this morning, currently cool (I went
outside earlier) though not too bad. However the temperature is
due to go up to 15degC a bit later (according to forecast);
there will be showers which don't bother me as long as it's not
cold. However I don't think I'm going anywhere today so it's
irrelevant.

Looks pleasant through the window, I'll know for sure when I go
out later. Currently 9oC but forecast says going up to 13
early afternoon at which time there will be dark clouds for a
while, however no rain predicted.
All in all pretty good.

Dublin, yesterday 11 to 15c brilliant sunshine, but felt like 2c
with North East winds.
Today Saturday 9c atm cloudy with a forecast of rain with some
flooding, outlook for Monday to Wednesday is for high of 11c but
probably won't get above 7 with frost at night.
And this is why I haven't exposed my manly physique to the sun
god yet, I feel bad about it but my female neighbours will have
to hold on for another week for the unveiling

As the BBC forecast predicted, it has come over very dark here
in the last hour or so but is quite warm, 14deg C.
