So they have music blasted around town of a morning. Quite
helpful on a weekday morning, I suppose, in case you forgot to
set your alarm clock the night before. I hope they play it a bit
later at the weekends though, so people can have a lie-in.

I searched this on TikTok and all the sites posting the song
didn’t have an impressive number of views. I wonder if the BBC
article is exaggerating its popularity.

It is the media so that would not be surprising. On the face of
it, it is akin to a Eurovision song entry! I thought the Beeb
would have put a translation on the video, no idea what they are
singing. 'Kim Jon is a sexy puppet on a string who starts the
day, singing like a birdie, with a boom-gang-a-bang' maybe?
