       Yes, that's been the date for some time now, so I should be
       around to see it completed (I'll be 78 years old.) My wife and
       have a look now and then but it's always overrun by tourists
       snapping away with their smart phones. It's certainly
       impressive, albeit not to everyone's liking (Orwell also
       commented that the towers resembled inverted hock bottles in his
       view.)
