New Talk Group Request 801 "MissingLynk"

TG 801
There's a group of us who will use this talk group for rag chew
and technical talk. The name came from an Echolink conference
server I was part of in my early days. Would be nice to be able
to talk to my ham friends on our own digital talk group.
