Misconfigured Radio?

The "Last Heard" dashboard shows me as "Misconfigured Radio".
However, I can talk and hear successfully. The "DMR ID (Repeater
ID)" column shows me as "0 (3138465)". The number in parens is
my correct DMR ID. What's odd is the first time I key up, it
shows my name correctly. Any idea what's going on?

3138465 is in your radio
3138465 or 3138465xx is in your hot spot?
TS2 in both?
there is a known issue discussed recently on "Misconfigured
Radio" but I cant recall the details

Haven't searched yet, but the symptoms are somewhat odd. I
press/release the PTT button, and I'm listed correctly. I
press/hold and talk, I'm listed correctly, and I receive a
reply. The THIRD time I'm shown as misconfigured. Interesting
...

Checked codeplug - okay. Checked BlueDV configuration - okay.
Scanned forums for prior info on "Misconfigured Radio" and
various other combos. No joy - oh, well. I guess I'll just
continue as is.
