       how to connect a hotspot to a non brandmeister repeater?

       hello all
       Is there any way to use a hotspot to connect to a DMR-MARC
       repeater.  Non Brandmeister, TGIF connected repeater.
       The repeater I would like to connect to with my hotspot is a
       local repeater,  145.37 North Providence, RI.   N1JBC.
       I want to connect to the talkgroup North East TAC1 8801.
       I read somewhere this repeater could be reached via the
       CAN-TURBO Canada server but did not leave
       the details how to do this.
       Any help would be appreciated.

       DMR-Marc uses a C-bridge and can be reached if set up to do so
       you need:
       the ip to connect to
       and password
