       Good afternoon
I would like to request an Illinois state-wide TalkGroup having
       the TalkGroup ID of 3117.
The purpose of this talkgroup is to provide a regional resource
and to promote the TGIF network thought-out the state of
       Illinois.
       Thanks much.
