Pistar 4.0 gateway not updating

I have Pi-Star 4.0 running and the Dashboard Gateway does not
update but I can hear and transmit ok according to TGIF Network
Last Heard.
A reboot may fix it but not for long. Happening for past coulpe
of days.
Rebooting now to see what is happening.
Booted up and now no response to transmit MMDVM scrolling as
normal. Also no connect via wiifi....
Pulling power from it..... repower.....
Now connected but no response on pistar dashboard.
Any ideas anybody?

Today is July 13 15:28
Pi-Star last heard on 31665 was JULY 13 @ 21:43
Now I know that is not correct as pet tgif Network site.
there is activity on 31665 but nothing heard or activity on
hotspot
Any ideas anybody.
The hotspot should run continuously with out a hiccup but this
one does not.
Just did PTT and screen woke up to show my call.
BUT SHOWS ME AS CONTINUOUSLY TRANSMITTING
!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I HAVE PULLED THE POWER FROM HOTSPOT AND STILL
TRANSMITING...???????????? WHY??????????????

Pi-Star 4.0 version...?
Have you performed a Pi-Star update? I remember reading that the
non-responsive dashboard bug was recognized and corrected in a
subsequent version and/or update.

I believe I did but I'll check again. Its Pi-Star 4.0.0 version.

I was running that and upgraded to 4.1.0-RC3. Can confirm that
the dashboard functions/updates properly on that version with
all the latest updates performed as of right now (7/14/2019
11:22PM).
