Request for TG 33015 Puerto Rico Digital Mode Experimenters.

Hello:
I would like to request the TG 33015 for a group of digital mode
experimenters in Puerto Rico. We are a group of people
dedicated to promote, educate and experiment with new digital
technology. We also have a Repeater system in theisland of
Puerto Rico.

Hi, I would like to know if is possible to change the name of
this TG. We want to used our new name. Boriken DMR Net. The
wiki page have been modified also. This there other way to ask
