Using the same method I used for my pi zero W board did not
       work.
Format the card with SD Card Formatter
Use balena Etcher to transfer img file to SD card.
I get an error message in the process. Try again same error
       message.
I tried the latest and it would not boot. I know the pi 3 B +
       is good
       because it boots NOOBs fine
I tried a different program Power ISO" and that transfers the
       image and
I can see all the different filese on the card. It only partial
boots with text on the screen.
Thats is far as I could go.
       Any help would be appreciated.

I then tried the beta version, still no luck

I tried it on a different computer and still no luck.
Then I tried the beta version and still no luck.
When I used balenEtcher I got a message to update. My previous
       version was March 2019.
Still no luck with the latest version but this time the beta
       version
worked. I am at the login promt.
I now have it working with a modem board from my previous
       hotspot.
I used the backed up config file and it came right up with my
       Nextion 3.2 inch display.
At the moment the display connects to the modem board but at
       another time
I want to connect it to the USB port of the pi 3B + to see if I
can get it work there too.
Still don't know what the answer is. With a pi 3B + will only
       the beta version work?
