       Won't boot or connect

       I have the small jumbo spot from Robert. Was working great but
       yesterday I had to power  cycle it dozens of times to get the
       screen to show AND connect to my smartphone data/wifi hot spot.
       Or it would drop out and then do this all over again.
       Or it takes about 30 minutes (seems like) before it
       connects/display shows and connects.
       Any ideas why??????????????

       Recent travel to almost 3 hours non stop, it took 90 minutes
       before the screen showed up. Talked to somebody in Texas and it
       dropped off so I was talking to nobody.
       I have given up trying to use this device, Even tried another SD
       card with pistar on it and same thing.
       I have used this hotspot 2 or 3 times and handled it with kid
       gloves!
       Any ideas out there??????????????
