       There's better ways to do duplex now that we officially support
       it.
       You can just put the line:
       PassAllTG0=x
       PassAllPC0=x
       ... where x is the timeslot you want.
       So, if you want TGIF on slot 2 and another network on slot 1,
       you would put (assuming DMRGateway):
       [DMR Network 1]
       Name=TGIF
       ... other stuff ...
       PassAllTG0=2
       PassAllPC0=2
       [DMR Network 2]
       Name=Other
       ... other stuff ...
       PassAllTG0=1
       PassAllPC0=1
       ... and you don't need all the other rewrites.
       If you want to run TGIF on BOTH timeslots, you would do:
       [DMR Network 1]
       Name=TGIF
       ... other stuff ...
       PassAllTG0=1
       PassAllPC0=1
       PassAllTG1=2
       PassAllTG1=2
       I always recommend that you put TGIF on Slot 2 so Selfcare works
       right until Selfcare is updated for dual timeslot support
       (pending me having some vacation time).

       I don't think changing config is going to make a difference.
       I'll add some logging to the parrot code sometime and see if I
       can figure out what's going on as I've had similar issues in the
       past.  It's likely that the radio is transmitting something that
       gets interpreted as you being done transmitting and it starts
       playing back early, so you can't hear it or only hear the tail
       end of it.

       I'm going to take 100 out of the talkgroup directory as 9990 is
       really the official parrot port.  The last time i talked to Ty
       about it, there are some known issues when you use 100 and I
       don't see a point in having two.
