Registration issues

Hello everyone!
Apologies if this is the wrong place to ask this question,
please direct me if needed.
When I registered, I received a DMR ID that was already taken,
belonging to another user.
Now I'm being assigned that user's callsign everywhere.
How can I fix this?
Is it possible to delete my account myself?

When you registered...where? Here? On RadioID? On the TGIF
website?

Send an email to support@tgif.network with your name, callsign,
email address, your true dmr ID and the one the system
incorrectly thinks is yours. Then we'll be able to see what
happened and correct it.
