       I requested a talkgroup thru my selfcare account weeks ago nd
       have not heard anything back.
       please advise.  thank you

       Try the request again. There were problems with the email system
       which may have contributed to not hearing back. Also, make
       certain that the talkgroup number is (still) available, that
       your email address is correct, and that responses from the
       system aren't going to your spam folder.
