       Thanks for letting me join the forums and that the process was
       straightforward. Unfortunately, the same is not true for my
       normal TGIF account: I do not receive any emails from the system
       to verify my email address, or when I try to reset my password.
       Logging in does not work (probably because my email is not
       verified yet). Anybody from the admin team who can help?
