Is my TGIF Hotspot fully up to date? & Can I ignore these
errors in the update log?

Thanks for reading this.
I haven't used my TGIF Hotspot for some time. I purchased it
directly from Robert K4WZV at Florida HamFest 2019 and only used
it a handful of times back here in the UK since.
I have followed the instructions in these forums to get the
Hotspot and Nextion 3.5in display up to what I think is the
latest software and firmware. However, at the top of the Pi-Star
dashboard I still get a warning that I am using an old version.
Further still, when I click on the Update button on the Pi-Star
dashboard the log shows a number of errors. I have summarised
all the current version numbers I can find below along with the
Update Log produced when hitting the Update button.
Pi-Star Version Info
Pi-Star:3.4.17 / Dashboard:20240307
Nextion Version Info
I have the EA7KDO Nextion Firmware flashed
Screen model/version: Model 7 | v2.2
Released Date 27-07-18

Can anyone tell me..
- Is my hotspot up to date?
- Can I ignore the errors in the Update Log below?
- Where can I find a list of all the latest version numbers for
my particular hardware?
- If im not up to date, how do I proceed from here to be so?

Hi Dean.
The out of date warning at the top of the dashboard refers to
the version of Pi-Star that you're running. Updating that to a
newer version requires burning a new version to a new SDcard,
importing your saved configuration from your current version,
plus other things.
But before undertaking all that...does your current setup work
properly? Does it do everything you want/expect it to do? If so,
if I were you, I'd ask myself...why worry about being "fully up
to date" at all? My personal stance is...if it works and does
everything it's supposed to do, why fuss with it?
That goes for the errors in the update log as well. From what I
can see, they're happening because your version of Pi-Star is a
bit old in the tooth. But again, if it's working and you're
able to communicate properly, I wouldn't worry about it just
yet.
