       The following are changes and innovations to the original EA7KDO
       Screen Set

       2) Added Duration and Packet Loss to Last Heard call on DMR Page
       3) New Last Heard page now shows detail for last heard call.
       This will show the last 8 Calls if page is touched

       1) Updated WIFI to load all 10 ssid's in one batch,  Faster

       3) Created YSF2DMR, YSF2P25, YSF2NXDN. DMR2YSF, DMR2NXDN
       Crossover Screens
       4) Created a new additional links(Menu) screen to handle new
       Screens.
       Bypass the original Color Setting screen
       5) Idle Screen will show DMRGateway and Net Number(When using
       DMRGateway)
       6) Removed some flickering from Idle Screen( Removed all vis
       commands from S0,
       Loading Idle screen starts a timer, after one second it
       does a few vis x,1
       commands then disables the timer)
       7) Created a DMRGateway control screen, Turn DMRGateway ON/OFF
       Turn Network 1 to 6 ON/OFF

       Shows what server is set for each network. This is not
       settable via the screen

       8) Idle screen now only does colors for Idle Screen.
       9) DMR, YSF,NXDN, and P25 look after their own colors.
       10) New Set Color screen with 10 patterns, all user settable,
       You can adjust your colors with a slider or type them in
       and see the
       results in two Text Boxes, One for the upper half of the
       screen and one for the bottom half of the screen.
       There is a button to reverse the top and bottom color set.
       The last used color will be loaded on a reboot
