       Parrot 9990 for TGIF not coming back

       Dear Group:
       I have seen other hams posted the same topic last year,
       basically my TYT and Motorola radios can not hear my testing
       audio from the Parrot 9990, even though the Tx was picked up by
       the Openspot and another Openspot3, the returning signal was
       actually made by the Openspot as I saw the signal was coming
       out, but no copy on the radios. The only way to hear it is to
       have a manual dial of 9990 entering into the menu, confirm it
       and key up, this can only be done in my TYT, not for Motorola.
       Anytone radios work perfect however, there is no issue for the
       Parrot function.
       I had similar issue on BM before, but right now it was
       minimized, it has something to do with the modulation setting of
       Openspot but not the network issue.
       I would like to know the update for this legacy problem at TGIF
       network and any advice is appreciated.
