       Stop automatically switching to TG 31665 when server reboots

       Is there some way to prevent having our systems automatically
       getting reconnected to TG 31665 when the server is rebooted?
       Many of us have mobile cellular setups with limited data plans.
       If we don't have our DMR radio on or the volume turned up, we
       don't know it switched from the TG we had set and we stat using
       up data needlessly.
       We are using DVMega's with PI-STAR and DMRGATEWAY.
