       Parrot , no recieve on Anytone 878

       Pretty new to DMR. I have a PiStar hotspot  set up. Parrot 9990
       , CC1 , TS2 both on PiStar and radio.
       When I key up and watch the PiStar dashboard, it shows up that
       it is receiving, BER etc.
       A few seconds later , the dashboard shows Tx status , the OLED
       on the PiStar shows Tx
       but crickets on the 878. No sign of it receiving anything.
       Checked that the frequencies are correct everywhere ( 446.500)
       Can't figure out,
       Any help appreciated.

       Make sure 9990 is set everywhere. I find when I have Parrot
       problems that is the usual cause.
