Parrot 9990 Working?

I am having a hard time getting the parrot to sound good? Anyone
else have issues using it? Trying to figure out if it is
something with my internet. Thank you.

I was going through the same thing. I was told the Parrot isn’t
operational right now. I could key up and verify my BER was low
however the reply was picket fencing if anything came back at
all. Moved to a different channel to conduct a check and all
was fine.

No, as of this writing, the parrot is (still) only semi
functional. Right now, it's there mainly to let you know that
your connection to the network worked. That's all.
