       Universal Talkgroup number when setting talkgroups with
       SelfCare?

       Hi, there!
       What talkgroup should my radio be set to when changing
       Talkgroups with TGIF SelfCare (Prime). For example, the
       "universal" talkgroup for OpenSpot is TG9. This allows the radio
       to talk on any talkgroup depending on what talkgroup the hotspot
       is configured for.
