Request for new talkgroup "The Scanner Junkies" and tg

I am thinking about creating a new talkgroup for scanner radio
enthusiasts. I was trying to guage the interest in my other
groups.

Great let's call it "The Scanner Junkies" and tg number 1033 for
the 10 code 10-33-emergency traffic
