Self care not working on legacy tgif or Prime. Whats up?

Legacy: The developers are aware of the problem. But they are
concentrating on getting Prime out of Beta and into production
rather than divert time/resources into fixing something on
Legacy that's soon to be retired anyway.
Prime: As of this writing, Self-Care on Prime is working and has
been working with reasonable reliability. But they're working
on and tweaking the code to get it ready for the switch over.
So, until it goes live, remember: It's in BETA.

Thanks for the reply, what am I doing wrong? I am logged into
the prime server but in self care keep getting none?

By getting none. I assume you mean that your hotspot isn't
showing up in self care? Are you sure your hotspot is indeed
logged into the Prime server?
If so, you might try rebooting the hotspot, logging out of the
Prime website, and then logging in again.

By getting none. I assume you mean that your hotspot isn't
showing up in self care? Are you sure your hotspot is indeed
logged into the Prime server?

Excellent! Glad you were able to figure it out. And don't
worry, you wouldn't be the first one to get stymied by a typo.
Done that many times myself, LOL.
Turns out what one of my teachers growing up used to tell us in
class is indeed true: Spelling really DOES count!
