       there seams to be a lot of confusion on which Firmware to use
       
       this is from the included

       Following two are for the version of 10.000 contacts only

       MD-UV390(GPS-REC)-S18.03.bin (start from S) for GPS version
       for MD-UV380 and MD-UV390 GPS version
       
       MD-380(REC)-D18.03.bin(start from D) for common version for
       MD-UV380 and MD-UV390 No GPS version
       
       
       
       Following two are for the version of 120.000 contacts

       MD-UV390(CSV-GPS)-P18.03.bin(start from P) for GPS version for
       MD-UV380 and MD-UV390 GPS
       version
       
       MD-380(CSV)-V18.03.bin(start from V) for common version for
       MD-UV380 and MD-UV390 No GPS version
       
       Operation after updated:Press P1+P2 key to open the radio, can
       switch the VFO Locking and original
       and narrow band 150-160MHz &450-460MHz.This is for USA ham
       users.
