member received account verification email link thats not
working

My friends callsign is KB2NST,he applied for the secure login
for prime,he got the account verification email,clicked on the
link to log in but everytime he inputs his call sign and
passowrd the system tells him that his email is not verified and
he has to check his email,mind you he's getting to that page
from the link in the account verification email that has been
sent to him,who can he email about this issue ? Thanx for any
help

Hi. Sorry for the difficulties.
Please have your friend email support@tgif.network with all the
details you included here. They should be able to get him
verified/registered, plus those details will aid in
troubleshooting the problem.
