       New Talk Group - 960  - PWH-NorCal

       Hi Robert or Ty,
       I requested a new Talk Group ( 960 ) on the Prime TGIF to act as
       a secondary (i.e. Tac Ch) talk group when NorCal TG is busy
       (example: this happened today when Dave - WB6DTB and I were
       talking with Ty about the new Prime network). Another ham came
       in on the TG to ask Ty questions.
       The TG ( 960 ) is not just for circumstances  like what happened
       today. As more hams explore the TGIF network we have had a
       increase in TG use on the NorCal TG. If it turns into a
       multi-party QSO (which happens often lately with numerous hams
       in the northern part of the state (Redding area), this would
       provide other users (of NorCal) the ability to QSY and continue
       their QSO or start a QSO while NorCal is busy.
       I am asking for a new talk group on TGIF Legacy so that we can
       use it now, until the transfer from Legacy to Prime TGIF occurs.
