       OpenSpot 2 Update Failure

       I hope someone can help.
       I have the openspot 2 connected to my mobile hot spot. Twice I
       have tried downloading the firmware update (ver 30).  Both times
       the download gets to 95% and then fails.
       Any suggestions would be most welcome.
