Self Care Not Working For Me

Hi All:
Self care seems to have stopped working for me. Used to work
fine. No changes made here that I can think of, the only thing I
did was to add a password in Brandmeister. I can use the Pi Star
dashboard to perform functions, just wondering if anyone else
has run in to this. I am using the same network for all.
Thanks!

Just checked self-care a minute ago for myself. As of this
writing, it is not accurately reflecting the actual talkgroups
that my hotspots are on, but does successfully change those
hotspots to manually entered numbers when the "update" button is
pressed.
It's important to understand two things: One (and most
importantly), that self-care page and the API are two different
entities. And, two, that either one (or both) can malfunction.
From my experience, the self-care page is usually the entity
that malfunctions/goes down while the API (at least for me)
hardly ever goes down.
So, from a practical standpoint, most users will notice exactly
what we both are seeing: The self-care page will "fail" (not
display at all or yield inaccurate information) but the API
(changing talkgroups from the Pi-Star dashboard) still works.
Hopefully the code for the self-care page is part of the overall
overhaul of the code for the new Prime server. Because,
unfortunately, the current one malfunctions like this quite
often.

Thanks for the response Joe. Oddly enough, about 10 minutes
after posting that message, it started working for me, after not
working most of yesterday and up to that point today. I figured
it was one of those things, just wanted to check if it was
something I needed to do on my end.
Thanks again!
