Request new TG 31227 - Acadiana

Requesting that TG 31227 be assigned for the area described
below ...
Acadiana is a well known name of a geographic region of
Louisiana. This area which is also known as "Cajun Country" has
a distinct culture and customs that are different from the rest
of Louisiana.
Lafayette Louisiana, also known as "The Hub City", is the
population center for the area. The N5WE Repeater is located in
Lafayette and serves the region via a UHF Hytera repeater with
antennas at 300 feet. The talkgroup would be used by Hotspot
and Repeater users.
Therefore, we'd like to request the creation of the talkgroup
31227/Acadiana under the umbrella of TGIF's Louisiana's current
3122 TG.
