New TG Request NE Ohio ECOMMS on TG31147

I was wondering if it were to be possible to get a talkgroup
named "NE Ohio ECOMMS" on TG31147.
It will be used primarily for Skywarn, ARES, and other emergency
communications in northern Ohio.

Your talk group " NE Ohio ECOMMS" has been added to the TGIF
Network. Talk group 31147. Please go to your wiki page and fill
out a brief description of what your talk group is about. You
can access your page by clicking your talk group on the TGIF
dashboard.
